Poem: ‘Glimpse’

It’s cloudy, still unsurfaced; it was an ambient descend into this eerily familiar and peculiar unknown.

The sun shines, the surface warms; you blossom and you strive to thrive.

It rains, you awaken; it turns cold and now you know.

The seasons cycle much like life, every turn you learn.

You see clearer now than before; dawn is approaching and you seem to see even more.

Sunset now awaits; it’s no longer a feeling of retiring for a day, but a feeling of cherishing your brief stay.

The time has finally come to share a seed, a flower, something yielded, a tidbit, or perhaps an earned power.

It’s over.

It’s now time to go back into the bottomless, mysterious abyss.

For what you seen in this temporary brief time frame, for good or bad, enjoy…but it was merely just a glimpse.

An utter glimpse……

With or without vision, life brings a glimmer & glimpse...into the current unknown.

With or without vision, life brings a glimmer & glimpse...into the current unknown.
