Does having higher levels of oxygen in the body help prevent Cancer?

This post was inspired by a Q & A section on another website, from a question entitled: “Is there any real proof that genetics relate to disease?”


While, in my opinion, the answer is clear, many folks think that it is merely a hypothesis or even a big load of steaming dung, that a person with higher levels of oxygen, has a better chance of preventing cancer.

See, here’s the thing, it is not the “oxygen treatments” that are available today, that disproves or proves this notion, but the fact that if your body is full of oxygen through and throughout, that cancer really doesn’t have a home. Easier said than done, sure, but have you ever thought that the most complicated mysteries could very well have the most simple solutions? Have you ever wondered why life in the past used to grow bigger and live longer?

Anyway, I’ve noticed over the years, that when a person does get cancer in areas of the body where oxygen should be most abundant, that the spread of the disease and the death rate increases substantially. Look at it this way, how rare is heart cancer??? When a person gets lung cancer, oral/throat cancer, etc. (highly oxygenated areas), the outlook is often grim, and so on.

Now, before the skeptics come in with all the babble about how oxygenation therapy, hyperoxygenation, bio-oxidative therapy, oxidative therapy, ozone therapy, autohemotherapy, hydrogen peroxide therapy, oxidology, oxymedicine, and germanium sesquioxide are utter baloney, like the ones mentioned on this site (link is no longer active), I would like to make a point that I’m talking about before cancer sets in, ya know, as a preventative measure and so forth…

I recently found a website that spoke about what I have thought for a long while about this subject, during the first couple of paragraphs, here:

There very well could be a link between oxygen levels in the body and cancer. One of the main reasons for cancer is when a person has low levels of cellular oxygen. Cells can turn cancerous when low levels of oxygen damage the respiration enzymes to the point to where they cannot produce energy using oxygen.

A quick excerpt from that particular site: “In 1931 Dr. Warburg won his first Nobel Prize for proving cancer is caused by a lack of oxygen respiration in cells. He stated in an article titled The Prime Cause and Prevention of Cancer that “the cause of cancer is no longer a mystery, we know it occurs whenever any cell is denied 60% of its oxygen requirements.”

“Cancer, above all other diseases, has countless secondary causes. But, even for cancer, there is only one prime cause. Summarized in a few words, the prime cause of cancer is the replacement of the respiration of oxygen in normal body cells by a fermentation of sugar. All normal body cells meet their energy needs by respiration of oxygen, whereas cancer cells meet their energy needs in great part by fermentation. All normal body cells are thus obligate aerobes, whereas all cancer cells are partial anaerobes.”

Now, one may ask, how do you elevate your body’s level of oxygen and how will all of my organs and cells be provided with an ample supply of oxygen at all times? One could automatically start going into things like “natural cures” and promote herbal supplements like Ginseng, that supposedly raises oxygen levels and a sense of well-being; one could start harping about exercise, not smoking, and so on, but one could also blame such matters on the PH level of your blood and speak about ways to elevate your PH, eat more veggies and less meat, blah, blah, etc.

I know this was a rather quick blog post without very much elaboration, but it is one of those types of queries and thought-provoking subjects (in my opinion) that I think would be better discussed in the comment field or left up to the reader to research for their self. Hey, only YOU can truly change your ways and only YOU can control your mindset, beliefs, actions and whatnot. In short, just think of all the different ways the body becomes healthier when your blood flows freely while your body is stress free, happy, laughing, exercising, thinking, breathing nicely, etc., and perhaps you may find the best preventative measure for disease within your own self, yet… One can only hope, as this is just a simple drug-free idea, but for anybody to say that oxygen is not an enemy of the cell-killing cancer, must not be thinking very clearly, since oxygen is what keeps you ALIVE, during your brief stay on this lovely Blue Planet; cheers!

dental_fillingsIf you’ve ever lost a dental filling, broke part of your tooth off, etc., and didn’t have the time or money to go see a dentist, this post may provide you with exactly what you’re looking for…

Several years ago, I went to the dentist, got my silly x-rays and was told how many cavities I had, what needed to be pulled, filled, and so on.  Well, this particular dentist didn’t fix anything (outside of pulling) unless it showed up on an x-ray.  So, here’s what happened:  One particular jaw tooth had a couple areas that needed filling, but was at the brink of another cavity on the side, although it didn’t show up on the x-ray.  Well, a few months later, by the time it came to getting that tooth fixed, he filled the other areas but left the hole that was forming on the side of that tooth, and worked around it because ‘technically” it didn’t show up on the x-ray during my first appointment there!  WTF?

So, as the years went by, the cavity got worse and although that jaw tooth was filled everywhere else, the cavity that he “worked around” finally got so deep, that the tooth broke off (half of it) one day while I was eating some yummy hot wings.  Then, about year-and-a-half later, that bastard started hurting pretty bad.  I would have pain for a couple days, then it would subside, flare up again, go away for a few, come back, etc.  Now, I’m on an online search for temporary dental fillings, and I think I’m in luck.

Oh, I suppose one could say “why didn’t you just go back to the dentist and get your tooth fixed?”  Well, unlike some folks, I can’t stand dentists, doctors, or anybody else  that pokes and probes at me while trying to prescribe me baloney pills for every possible ailment known to man.  I only go to those places when it is absolutely necessary, to say the least.

Anyway, back to the subject at hand:  I was at work one day, and got to thinking about how they surely, after all of these years of medical advancement and better medicine, have something on the market to act as a dental filling.  I was hoping to find something permanent, but I wasn’t surprised to only find a temporary fix.  I mean, hey, if people started fixing their own teeth, the dental industry would be screwed, for the most part.  Plus, if you don’t know what you’re doing, a person could easily give their self an oral infection along with other complications.  But, I don’t care about all that other crap, as I just want to buy a damn product, temporary or not, that acts like dental fillings, once it hardens!

After reading several reviews along with listening to all the pros and cons about many of these types of products, I think I’ve found a good one.  Some people say it can last for at least a month or longer, and is not expensive at all, when looking at the “price per application” ratio.  The name of this dental bliss, is called “REFILIT.”  I’ll provide a shopping link, in a moment.

Health Benefits of Pepitas – Pumpkin Seeds

Yep, this is all that cyber-space needs right now – another “health benefits of ___” post/article to enter into the world wide web of propaganda, incorrect info, etc., but I haven’t did one in a while, so I figured that now is as good a time as any.  The reason why I seem a little less than motivated to write about such subjects anymore, is that it gets old hearing about how all of these foods have “health benefits” and how it is such an amazing tidbit of knowledge to realize that eating certain foods may be beneficial to your health.  Pardon me, but I often say in response to such claims, “no shit!”  Candy bars, cakes, pies, twinkies and doughnuts, for example, don’t grow off trees or from the ground; so yeah, I’d say that some of these other naturally grown foods may have more benefits; don’t ya think?

Basically what I’m trying to say, is that anything organically grown from the ground that isn’t poisonous or toxic, will most likely have at least some type of health benefits.  If that wasn’t the case, it would be like saying that some fruits, vegetables, seeds, nuts, etc., are not good for you.  Now of course, if you are allergic to certain types of foods, it wouldn’t be a healthy choice to eat them, but that still doesn’t take away the “health benefits” that they may have for others.  On a better note, there are, as they say, “super-foods” out there that do seem to contain a significant amount more benefits for your health than other foods, and those are the ones I would concentrate on more, at least when it comes to talking, writing or reading about them.

Anyway, that’s enough senseless drivel for now, so lets get back to the main topic…

Today, I chose Pepitas and/or Pumpkin Seeds to briefly talk about.  As many of you may already know, seeds, nuts, and legumes are packed with a high concentration of nutrients and calories and are often put in the same group – due to similarities.  These energy rich seeds, nuts, and beans are also easy to add to any diet.  …On this post, we are not talking about nuts and legumes, as they are all so very common.  However, pepitas are not as typical and many people have never even ate them before.  Although, I must say, I still prefer sunflower seeds over pumpkin seeds, without a doubt…

Before we go any further, since some of you that are not familiar with the term, may be saying: “pepitas…  what in the hell is that?”  Pepita (from Mexican Spanish: pepita de calabaza, “little seed of squash”) is a Spanish culinary term for the pumpkin seed, the edible seed of a pumpkin or other cultivar of squash. The seeds are typically rather flat and asymmetrically oval, and light green in color inside a white hull. The word can refer either to the hulled kernel or unhulled whole seed, and most commonly refers to the roasted end product.  Pepitas are a popular ingredient in Mexican cuisine and are also roasted and served as a snack.  Marinated and roasted, they are an autumn seasonal favorite in the rural United States, as well as a commercially produced and distributed packaged snack, like sunflower seeds, available year-round.

Personally, I just call ’em pumpkin seeds.  I’ve recently ate them for the first time, both hulled and unhulled versions, and they wasn’t bad; they were kinda different, something that seems to taste better as you eat more and more (sort of like an acquired taste), but other than eating them for the health benefits, I’d probably only normally consume them in certain types of cuisines, soups, salads, mixed with other foods and whatnot…

Extension to the ‘Health Category’

Before anybody gets any funny ideas:  No, I do not mean an ‘extension’ as in penis enlargement or by adding male enhancement posts to the health category… Ha-ha! 

This blog currently consists of several categories used to classify each post, such as: Deep Thoughts, Fictional Short Stories, Food, Garden, Health, Informative, Miscellaneous, Philosophy, Poetry, Poppycock & Humor, Promotional, and Rants. That equals 12 categories and, in the future, it may expand to more than that – depending on the various subjects that may surface within this blog over time.

Anyway, a while back, I decided to start writing a lot of health-related topics. Well, instead of flooding this perpendicular blog with health articles all at once, I decided to just go grab a free blogspot blog from blogger.com and start a health & fitness website. By the way, blogger.com is a great service if you’re looking to start your own blog without hosting fees.  Later on, you may want to buy a domain and have full control of your site, but either way, it is a good starting point and/or an excellent free service (at least at the time I’m writing this) to use. 

Oh, back to the original subject:  I still may occasionally post in this particular blog’s Health Category, but if the blog entry I’m writing mainly relates to health & fitness, I’ll use the blogspot blog that I mentioned prior, to act as an extension to the original health category found here. Another reason for the move, is because perpendicularity.org is not a niche site; it covers a broad, diverse range of subjects. If you browse through the main site and the article archive, you’ll see what I mean.

Okay, that’s enough site news for now.

Release the Fury!

I get so tired of hearing about how “that’s negative” or “you’re being negative” or “you need to be more positive” or how “you need to look on the bright side,” etc.
Really? What do we suppose to do, lie about it?
This post doesn’t just apply to me, but the point is that carrying negative thoughts isn’t bad at all, if you find a regular point of release.
Hence forth the title of this post, “release the fury!”

Negativity gets a bad reputation when it comes to health, due to the ones who go around holding it in all the time. I agree; keeping those unhappy thoughts to yourself and never letting them go, is not healthy at all. If you’re a person who is not blinded by the baloney of today’s world and isn’t some fool out there seeking a perpetual rainbow, you may find yourself regularly becoming angry or disgruntled, but what do you do about it?
This is when it is either good to have hobbies that require physical activity or exertion and/or have an outlet to release pent-up frustrations. For example, don’t feel bad about yelling, screaming profanity, or beating the hell out of something, as long as you’re not injuring or harming anyone else or their stuff. Trust me, it sucks when you’re having a bout of rage and you accidentally break something that isn’t yours. It’s an expensive habit, let me tell ya. Ha-ha!

To make your outlet a little more civil, I’d suggest using gym equipment, working out (lift weights), use a speed bag or heavy bag, or get out of the house and walk, run, ride a bike, climb a hill, and so on. But whatever you do, when feeling stressed or angry, release the fury in a positive way!

So in a sense, being negative with a regular point of release, is actually healthier because: 1) you don’t lie to yourself and say that everything is okay; 2) you stay motivated; 3) you are always seeking betterment – even when pissed off!
Although, I have met some people who actually seem to enjoy being mad and would probably become depressed if everything started going too well – for an extended period of time. Luckily for them, there are usually plenty of things in this world to moan & gripe about. Ha-ha! Hey, whatever floats your boat.   …Going back to the ones who try to stay positive: I’m not saying it is not healthy, as it obviously is – in most cases. I was merely speaking about the ones with false illusions who can’t handle a letdown, etc.

Magnolia Bark Extract – Fight Stress & Calm Down

magnolia_bark_extract I don’t know if many of you have heard about this particular herbal supplement, but over the past few years, studies have shown that Magnolia Bark Extract can help fight stress, calm you down, and even combat certain types of cancer.

Side Note: Magnolia trees are truly beautiful, large trees with glossy green leaves and seed cones that eventually bloom into a large white flower.   I’m lucky enough to have one growing in my backyard at this very moment, which is another reason why I thought about doing this post the other day.  Anyway…

Honokiol is derived from Magnolia and is also included in this herbal extract; and it has been shown to be almost as effective as a low dose of diazepam, more commonly known as a Valium, when it comes to producing a sedative-like relaxing effect.  This is especially helpful for the ones who commonly have frayed nerves at the end of their work day, etc.  Used as a drug alternative, with it being a natural substance and not a manufactured drug, it wouldn’t have all the side-effects and withdraw-symptoms that come with most sedatives.

The research and tests involved in Magnolia Extract isn’t just about the calming effects, either. Atlanta’s Emory University School of Medicine found that an extract (honokiol) from the seed cones of a Magnolia tree, slowed the growth in animal tumors by 50%. This is achieved by the honokiol-containing herb’s ability to block the signal to grow new blood vessels around the surrounding area of the tumor’s location (in animal studies). In turn, this would cut off the needed supply of nutrients that the tumor would require – to grow larger.
There is another compound in Magnolia called “magnolol.” In one case study at Taipei Medical University, they discovered that cancerous tumors shrank up to nearly 85% when a high dose of magnolol was injected into the tumors. Even a low dose of this compound was found to lower the cancer cells in the human liver and colon.

Outside of stress relief, calming effects and anti-cancer properties, Magnolia Bark Extract also has anti-fungal and anti-bacteria effects. That particular attribute is not that unique, however, as there are several natural anti-microbial agents in nature, including green tea, honey, garlic, onions, and whatnot.
But, if you’re looking for a natural way to relax (although I prefer beer), fight stress, calm down a bit, and combat cancer, this herbal supplement may be a good start. Also, as a sleep aid, this extract may help you fall asleep easier, along with a few other methods – without the use of over-the-counter drugs or prescription sleeping pills.

himalayan_salt_lampsIn a recent post, I spoke about bringing some flare & creativity to your home, by adding Infinity Mirrors into the mix.  Well, not everybody has the money to spend on those creative-looking mirrors…  But, a more affordable (possibly healthier) alternative is Himalayan salt products, whether it is via lamps, tea light candle holders, globes, fire bowls, etc.  There is a large variety of products available, when it comes to all-natural Himalayan salt.

When I say “possibly healthier,” I’m referring to the notion that the negative ions released from Himalayan, all-natural salt products, when warmed by candle or electricity, is believed by many to enhance your overall sense of well-being.  Negative ions found in nature, produce a calming, relaxing atmosphere – sort of like the atmosphere that is negative-ion rich when you are near a waterfall, in the middle of the woods, by pure mountain air, just after a thunderstorm, close to a seashore, and so on.  Hey, when thinking about the possible health benefits in addition to the glowing beauty from lit Himalayan salt products – along with the low costs – it is well worth the research…

The ‘salt lamp fire bowl’ is one of the more expensive products in this particular category, but you get what ya pay for, in this case – which is a nifty, unique display of glowing bliss.  Personally, I’ve only purchased the candle holders and lamps, but I’m quite pleased with ’em, so I saved my money by not buying the blazing bowls, even though I’ll probably snag some up in the future.  By the way, these make for excellent gifts for the hard-to-shop-for individuals, whether it is Christmas time or Birthdays.

If you’re a big fan of lighting candles and are thinking about buying Himalayan salt crystals, then this is probably your best option.  They are very affordable and attractive.  I have these suckers all over the place in my home, and hey, they look great even without the lit candle.  They bring a very natural look  to your living space, if nothing else.

Second Hand Smoke vs. Air Purifiers

air_purifier …There are many reasons to have air purifiers in your home, and it doesn’t hurt to have several scattered throughout your house since most modern purifiers use very little electricity – due to their highly efficient fan motors and lightweight rotors, wheels and/or blades.

…Indoor air pollution is more common than most folks would think and this is especially important for the ones who suffer from allergies.

Okay, this particular post is about Second Hand Smoke vs. Air Purifiers. Of course, the best way to eliminate tobacco smoke in your home, is to simply do all of your smoking outside, use a designated area or room that is closed from the rest of the house, or take the more challenging option by quiting all together.
In general, most air purifiers are built to reduce large & small air borne particles such as dust, pollen, mold spores, pet dander, miscellaneous allergens, etc. However, they are less effective at reducing second hand smoke, but some are far better than others. Don’t even bother wasting your money on the ionic purifiers that are found on the market, that is, if you’re concerned about reducing second hand smoke in your home. You should always go with the ones that come with a pre-filter, charcoal layer, and a changeable filter.  The pre-filter is washable and should never need replaced – it is used to catch the larger particles and to increase the life of your main filter.

If you’re looking to save money while using a more effective method at reducing tobacco smoke from the place that you dwell, take heed to this: Since most (even the ones that claim to be reusable) changeable HEPA filters (High Efficiency Particulate Air filter) will lose their effectiveness after cleaning/washing them, they need to be completely changed. So, after your expensive filter (that comes with the machine) becomes dirty, don’t bother replacing it with the factory recommended filter. Just go out and buy a high-quality filter medium for a central heat & air unit and cut it into pieces that will fit into your air purifiers. You can often buy a big sheet of this filter medium for just a few dollars and, in turn, make several small-sized filters for your existing purifiers. Not only can you afford to change them out more often for a more effective smoke removal method, you no longer have to spend all that money on the name-brand, custom-fit filters.  When buying these large filters, I do suggest that you spend a couple extra dollars and get one that also comes with a charcoal layer for extra filtration and odor removal properties.

Below, I’ll provide a link to a variety of air purifier related products. Personally, I just go with the simple, reliable Holmes Purifiers. I’ve used them for years without any trouble.   Besides improving the air quality, I also keep a couple of them running  in my bedroom for the mild roaring sound; the soothing noise acts as a natural sleep aid, for me. Anyway, another alternative to reduce second hand smoke in your home, is to either use or install exhaust fans in a designated room or rooms. If standing under it while smoking, a well-functioning exhaust fan installed in the ceiling, will suck the smoke right out and depending on how it is installed, blow it either into your attic or out through the exhaust pipes that leads to the top of your roof to send the smoke outside, back into nature to settle naturally.

Health Benefits of Beer & Alcohol – Cheers!

At times, I’m guilty for imbibing beer like it is some sort of Gatorade or form of medicinal liquid enhancement. But, for the ones who do drink sensibly and moderate, there is many health benefits to be gained. Cheers!

The Health Benefits of Drinking Beer!

The standard rule of moderation for alcohol is usually in the range of 1-2 daily drinks for females, and 2-3 drinks per day, for the males. I mean ‘drinks’ as a unit. One unit equals 1 – 12 oz. beer, roughly 6 oz. of wine, or 1 oz. of 100 proof liqueur. Personally, I look at moderation as being of a slightly higher quantity, but everyone has a different body and chemistry therein, so drink at your own discretion.

Health Benefits of Beer…

Obviously, beer helps relax the body. The hops found in beer, with or without the alcohol, relaxes the stomach. Hops is also considered to have anti-cancer properties. This has led many to believe that even if you’re consuming non-alcoholic beer, it still poses excellent health benefits.

Moderate consumption of alcohol is good for the mind and nerve cells, as this helps prevent dementia – in your later years.

Merely drinking 1 or 2 beers a day, has also been shown to reduce the risk of having high blood pressure.

Beer contains potassium, magnesium, selenium, chromium, silicon, and several forms of B vitamins. See, you can tell ’em you was just drinking for B vitamins & trace minerals…try that as an excuse, the next time you over-indulge. Ha-ha!

Beer is made of all natural ingredients, which is always a good thing.

Alcohol, in all forms, helps raise the good cholesterol (HDL).

Alcohol is well known for its ability to help prevent blood clots.

Beer does contain a fair amount of antioxidants & polyphenols from the hops and the cereal grains – that are found within this blissful beverage.

Beer enhances digestion, by stimulating the body to release extra pancreatic enzymes and digestive acids, etc.

The alcohol in beer and in other wines & spirits, reduces your chance of developing kidney stones and also minimizes your chances of developing gallstones.

It is an established fact, that alcohol dilates the blood vessels, hence improving blood circulation.

Moderate consumption of beer, helps prevent osteoporosis – due to the boosting bone-density effects (from the silicon in beer) on the body.

Moderate usage of alcohol, helps reduce the risk of suffering from a stroke.

Alcohol from beer, wine, spirits, etc., helps prevent heart attacks and cardiovascular diseases.

This is very apparent, but in case you didn’t know: alcohol can elevate the chemical serotonin (happy hormone) when consumed within limits. I think this can also apply to when you exceed the limits, as well, but the fallout sort of contradicts the happy – when you wake up the next day; especially if you wake up beside someone who doesn’t look as appealing as they did the night before. 😉

Beer is often used as marinades in cooking, helps tenderize meat, and adds flavor. It is also used in batters to make hush puppies, and hey, have you ever heard of beer battered chicken? Yummy!

There are many drinking games a person can play, when consuming alcohol with friends, but most likely, this would put a person past what is considered moderate…fun-fun!

Alcohol, of whatever type, is great for awkward first dates, or tense situations…as the relaxation effects of beer and/or alcohol transpires, this also brings lowered inhibitions and free-flowing speech – which makes everything that much more easier.

Interesting tidbit: This is something I learned about beer today, as I already knew of the health benefits, years ago. But listen to this, a quote from Wikipedia:

“Beer is one of the world’s oldest prepared beverages, possibly dating back to the early Neolithic or 9000 BC, and is recorded in the written history of ancient Egypt and Mesopotamia.” Wow! I didn’t know that it went that far back. You can call it the “antiquity of alcohol,” I suppose.

Health Benefits of Laughing – Laugh Out Loud – LOL!

In today’s cyberworld that is full of cell phone texting, instant messaging (IM), and so on, abbreviations & slang is definitely “in.” For example, the famous ‘LOL’ (laugh/laughing out loud) and ‘LMAO’ (laughing my ass off) are quite commonly seen all over forums, blogs, et cetera. But are you really? If you’re actually displaying mirth & joy at the other end of the conversation, having explosive laughs, or even merely chuckling in a mild fashion, it is all good for your health……

I’m sure most people realize that being happy is an obvious forward step towards an overall state of well-being, but I’m going to show some evidence – from the scientific side of things……

Laughter reduces the level of epinephrine, cortisol, adrenaline, and dopamine, which are all stress hormones in the body. These silly bursts of expressions also raises your levels of healthy hormones, neurotransmitters, and endorphins. Studies have linked laughing to an increased immune system (antibodies, t-cells, etc.), which helps combat disease & sickness.

Due to the relaxing effects and positive hormonal impact within the body by performing the “LOL,” it can improve memory and overall cognitive ability, lower blood pressure, and protect against heart disease. Also, while being relaxed from your bouts of “laughing out loud,” the blood vessels often dilate and this increases blood circulation, which is always a good thing.

There is also something about the way you feel, after you’ve had a lot of humorous moments within a short time span… Have you ever noticed that calm, warm feeling, like your body has expelled pent-up stress or frustrations, immediately after you fell out of your chair from laughing so hard at some of the morons online? Ha-ha! Okay, you don’t have to fall out of your chair nor do you have to laugh at moronic beings, but it can happen when you visit too many random, online forums & blogs throughout cyberspace. LOL! Excuse me, I got sidetracked… Anyway, this particular release from laughing…seems to effect the body in both physical and mental ways.

Some studies have favored the notion, that laughter may help increase the pain resistance level in the body, but more research needs to be done. Personally, I don’t think any research needs to be done. It is pretty obvious, like I said before, that being happy (even if it’s just in spurts) is always going to have health benefits.

Laughing is an attribute geared towards the betterment of mental health, as it can help rid yourself of depression or from feeling down and/or enhance your current state of joviality. And, for the temporarily detached individuals out there, a good laugh can bring back your feelings of being apart of something worth living for, something worthy of being an onlooker, if you will.

When arguing with others, finding something humorous amid the turmoil, can often end up being a common viewpoint between the two (or more) at verbal war. This, in return, can change the tempo and often ends the whole conflict, as the parties agree on the reason of laughter. This peacekeeping method of invoking laughs, however, may not apply to Religious & Political debates, because some of them crazy bastards wouldn’t know the jest of a joke if it slapped ’em in the face. LOL!

On a physical health note: The act of laughing out loud, is good for your heart, lungs, and abdominal muscles; this especially applies to those hard-to-stop, laughable break outs from insane, ludicrous realizations of asininities.

With all that being said: If it’s at all possible, try to find some humor in your life. There are plenty of foolish, absurd things and imbecilic, doltish beings out there to laugh at, trust me. And also, try to not always take life so seriously; being uptight with restrictive thoughts, may shorten your life in the long run. If your life permits, do as the convivial statement says: “Eat, drink, and be merry!” I just realized, this is the most happy-happy, joy-joy page I’ve ever wrote. Okay, I’m rushing to go vomit in a toilet now… LOL! Just kidding…
